Most people aren’t drinking enough water.
We often compensate for this by eating instead or we consume drinks that make us even more thirsty.
I’m not going to tell you to start drinking 3-4 litres of water a day.
That’s not helpful.
That’s not sustainable for many people.
You probably don’t want to go chasing waterfalls and be peeing 16,000 times a day.
All I advise is that you ask yourself this question throughout the day (especially before you eat)…
“Could I be thirsty?”
And if you are then take action.
