WHAT IS 1 -1 COACHING?

1-1 Coaching is the highest level of support you can receive from me as your coach. It's an opportunity to work closely with me in one or all areas of my expertise. I will teach you how to MOVE better, BREATHE better, EMPOWER yourself and keep moving forward with a GROWTH mindset.

I currently provide two options for 1-1 coaching:

  • Monthly 1-1 Personalised Coaching Plans

  • Weekly 1-1 Video Coaching Calls (*this is on a waitlist basis and is separate from the personalised plans)

 

Wherever you are in the world, all you need to work with me 1-1 is an internet connection and a willingness to create change.

Coaching Support available for fitness, nutrition, breathwork, meditation, mobility and endurance training, that is personalised to your specific needs.

PERSONALISED TRAINING PROGRAM

Monthly personalised training program for gym/home that is written specifically for you and your current goals.

PERSONALISED NUTRITION TARGETS

Monthly personalised nutrition target suggestions that help educate you on nutrition and support your current goals.

1-1 WEEKLY MASTERCLASS CALLS (WAITLIST ONLY)

Weekly 1-1 coaching calls with me. This is my highest level of service and is separate to the coaching plan. 1-1 Coaching calls operate on a waitlist basis (join the waitlist now).

ACCESS TO EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES

On-going access to educational resources that will help keep you motivated and educate you on your journey to achieving your health goals.

MONTHLY REVIEW

Monthly video call to celebrate your progress and review your current goals.

UNLIMITED QUESTIONS

Communication is key in coaching. Make the most out of your coaching opportunity by asking me as many questions as you want. 

WEEKLY CHECK-INS

Personal voice check-in from me each week to help keep you accountable and support you in achieving your goals. As well as a bi-weekly written check-in.
