One small positive thought in the morning can change your whole day.
I always finish my day in gratitude but I also always make sure I start my day positively.
Starting my day on a positive note is a non-negotiable for me and my clients. On TEAM MEG METHOD, this includes:
1 positive message in the mirror to ourselves.
2 - 3 minute ‘Morning Habit Track’ - we pick an exercise we want to work on and perform it for as long as we can to the length of our favourite music track for that week.
5 minutes of Meditation.
That’s less than 10 minutes and yet it has the power to change your entire day.
Start on a positive. Start with kindness. Start as you mean to go on.
