Do you offer free calls to discuss coaching further with you?Yes! I think it's incredibly important that you get an opportunity to meet with me and ask me questions to find out if I am the right coach for you. I offer a free 30 min introductory coaching video call (with no strings attached!). You can ask me any questions you have and we'll discuss ways where I can best support you. I'll help identify the gap between where you are and where you want to be. Can I sign up any time?Yes, you can sign up anytime for 1-1 Coaching Plans and Connected Collective. Book in a free introductory coaching call for 1-1 coaching or register immediately for Connected Collective. 1 - 1 Masterclasses with me are extremely limited and therefore there is currently a waiting list (you can apply here). Please apply as soon as possible so I can add you to the waiting list. I will then inform you as soon as I have space available.
How quickly do your coaching spaces fill up?Fairly quickly as I limit the number of spaces on every service I offer. This is so that I can always ensure quality over quantity and give all of my clients the best quality service. So please don't hesitate to sign up. Book a free 30 minute introductory coaching call if you have any questions and/or are unsure which coaching option is the best for you.
What is the difference between the 1-1 masterclasses and 1-1 coaching plans?The 1-1 Masterclasses are my highest tier of coaching. These are 30-60min weekly coaching calls with myself, where we breakdown and find solutions for your current challenges together. These are high accountability calls where I help you improve your mindset and coach you on how to get the very best out of your week. For the 1-1 Coaching Plan, I will provide you with a monthly personalised training and nutrition plan that is set around your current goals. This includes weekly check-ins and a performance review call each month.
Do you run all of your coaching programs?Absolutely! I LOVE to coach. I truly believe it's my life's purpose to help people move, think and feel better and actually keep these results up long term. I've helped thousands of people achieve their fitness and wellness goals over the years and I don't plan to stop anytime soon. Every service offered on my website is created and run by myself.
How do payments work?For all of my coaching services, payments work as a monthly subscription. This was requested by clients so that they can sign up with ease and have an automatic set payment date each month. When you sign up, you will be provided with a payment link that will help you set up your monthly subscription in your country's currency. The subscription can be cancelled with one month's notice if you decide not to continue in the future.
Can we book you to speak at our event?Yes, I am regularly booked to speak at various fitness, wellness and business events around the world. If you are interested in booking my for your event, please use the contact form available on this website or email meg@themegmethod. Please provide a few brief lines on what event you would like me to attend and details on how I can get the best out of your audience.
