My name is Meg Walker and I am an online fitness coach.

 

Over the years, I have helped coach 1000’s of people to achieve health goals that last. Whether your goal is fitness, nutrition, mindset, mobility and/or breathwork related, I can help you create lasting change. And I will prove to you that you can still enjoy life while doing it.

I first met Meg in college as she was helping me with my autistic problems (Which she also helped me to no end by the way). After college she offered to be my personal trainer (let's just say she made the public gyms worth going to). I told her I did not like going to public gyms and she decided to switch our sessions to online. If it were not for her I would be a lot larger than life lets just say. She has added structure to my life as well as the confidence I would need to start the day. She is not just for your physical health but your mental health as well. Trust me when I say that you could not ask for a more kind and trustworthy Personal Trainer.

I really love the community encouragement and that it's incorporated so many different areas of health. It's amazing to learn about fitness, meditation and breathwork all in one space. It is a well run program. I used to work in a gym myself, so can appreciate it on many different levels. It's really well balanced and it makes it simple for everyone to make that part of their overall fitness or include in their daily routine.
