WHAT IS THE FOUNDATION PROJECT?

The Foundation Project is an online group coaching program that will help you create positive changes that last. It's includes all of the coaching wisdom that I have to offer and is designed to help you create a solid foundation for good health.

 

The Foundation Project gives you the best of both worlds. It is a hybrid

of 1-1 and group coaching. It includes constant community support and a new cycle of coaching plans every 6 weeks.

 

This is not like any programmes you've done before. It is not a place for quick fixes but a platform filled with tools to help you create a foundation that you can continue to build on.

 

We will create this solid foundation through taking a sustainable approach to movement, nutrition, mindset, meditation, breathwork and mobility.
