Put me in coach

I’m going to make some big claims here but I genuinely believe them to be true...

You don’t have to wait to go to therapy until something is wrong.

Just like, you don’t have to wait to get a coach until you need help with a specific goal.

Your life doesn’t need to stop in order for it to start. You can be working towards a goal whilst still living a happy life. They are not mutually exclusive. A happy life IS the goal.

How many moments have you missed out on in life because you were waiting to be ‘ready’?

Or you’ve not worn something because you’re waiting to look a certain way?

Or you’ve not met up with someone because you’re waiting to be a more impressive person?

How many times have you waited to get help until you really needed it?

Life is not a bus stop. If you’re tired of missing out on happiness then stop waiting for vehicles to hop on and off of. Because buses never bring you directly home. They always stop short.

If that is your mindset, then that perfect moment you are waiting for will never come.

None of my team are sat on a substitute bench waiting for optimal conditions for their life to start happening for them. They are out there living it. THE MEG METHOD is a growth mindset. I coach my clients to feel like they are ready all year round for whatever opportunities come their way.

We’re not waiting for it ALL to click into place or sat there doing NOTHING and hoping for the best, we’re just living our lives as we work towards our goals.

We’re wearing the swimsuits, enjoying the foods, playing the sports we wanted to try and doing the hard things.

Life is working for us, not against us.

Don’t wait until life isn’t hard before you decide to be happy.

You deserve to live your life to the fullest. I want you to feel confident enough to say “put me in coach!” to the moments that could bring you joy.
