It’s easy to hate.
That is the horrible truth.
It’s easy to judge.
It’s easy to blame.
It’s easy to gossip.
It’s easy to criticise.
But my word does it feel better to love.
And so much is possible when we choose love instead.
When we own both our mistakes and ideas.
When we listen.
When we support.
When we are curious.
When we ask questions.
When we are compassionate.
So much good is possible.
Hatred destroys.
Love builds.
In a world that makes it easy to hate, choose love.
Towards others and yourself.
I promise it’s always worth it.
