Instead of trying to measure your level of brilliance against your peers, focus on how you are brilliant, what makes you “you” and lead with those qualities.
Instead of looking for external feedback, search for the answers internally.
Understanding your brilliance is an important step in making meaningful impact. It’s not about how much brilliance you have but how you use it.
