Confessions

Confessions.

I have a confession to make…

I also have a coach.

And proudly so.

Its something I’m extremely grateful for as in my opinion, @coachdanreeve is one of the absolute best in the business (I’m saying it because he’d be too humble to say it himself!)

Why I am a telling you this?

Because I would never promote something that I don’t believe in or wouldn’t invest in myself.

I genuinely believe that any one who has the means to should invest in a coach at some point in their life. Whether that’s a fitness, business, therapist or health coach.

Many people have asked me why I don’t just train myself for free?

Sure, I could definitely do that. But I believe I am worth the financial investment and I don’t want to miss out on opportunities such as:

- Learning from someone more experienced and further ahead in the industry than me.

- Seeing things from a different perspective.

- Acquiring new skillsets.

- Valuable feedback.

- Accountability and support.

- Being pushed to achieve goals I would struggle to achieve by myself.

- Teamwork.

- Someone to bounce ideas off.

- Proving to myself that my health is worth the investment.

- Reassurance.

- Community.

- Connection.

And so many other benefits.

Many coaches can feel embarrassed to share that they also have a coach because it may make them seem less than. But I think we should proudly seek further guidance. I am certainly not a finished product and thrive off the continuous journey of learning and growing. I am grateful for every single coach and mentor I’ve had along the way.

My messages are always open if you ever need some coaching support. I also appreciate that coaching is a privilege and this is why I will continue to provide as many free resources as possible for those who can’t yet make an investment.

But if you can, investing in yourself will be the best investment you ever make.

Big love, Meg 💛✨
