Why do I coach people online?
After years of being a face to face Personal Trainer, I felt like my community were not getting the best of me.
I was training people in person for an hour at a time and we put everything into our time together but your needs far surpassed an hour of physical exercise.
You needed accountability.
You needed help with improving your mindset.
You needed long term planning.
You needed structure both in and outside of planned exercise.
You needed a more financially accessible option so you could have my support more often.
You needed daily calls to action.
You needed education on how to maintain results long term.
You needed education on how to better connect with yourself.
You needed help improving your relationship with food.
You needed help improving your relationship with exercise.
You needed help with understanding that you can strive towards goals whilst still maintaining a happy lifestyle. It doesn’t have to be an either or scenario.
You needed more than I could give you in an hour’s training session. And you deserve more!
And I want to always be giving you the best of me.
So I’ve listened, I’ve adapted and I’ve improved.
Coaching online allows me to help you MORE and more of you.
The internet can be many things but I am grateful for its powers to now give me an opportunity to serve you even better.
